Cyril Jegou — Audio Team Lead

Hello everyone!

I’m Cyril, and my journey into audio started in the film and television industry. I began working in 35mm and 16mm audio dubbing before moving into dialogue editing, sound editing, and mixing.

My first experience with Native Prime dates back to 2014, when I started a new chapter as Operations Manager at Game Audio Factory alongside Vincent Percevault. Around that time, I also left the Paris region to settle in Angoulême. 🌲

Audio localization and dubbing quickly became an obvious path for me, and in September 2023, I officially joined Native Prime.

One of the things I enjoy most about this role is the collaboration it requires. Every project brings together translators, artistic directors, sound engineers, post-production teams, clients, and many other talented people. It’s a field that constantly combines technical expertise, creativity, and strong human connections. 🎙️

I also have the opportunity to work with Master 2 students at ENJMIN, helping raise awareness of audio standards and audio localization. Sharing knowledge with future professionals is something I find particularly rewarding.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to contribute to fantastic projects such as Hi-Fi Rush, King of Meat, and Atomic Heart, and I’m especially proud to have been part of those adventures.

When I’m not immersed in the world of audio, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen. Cooking is one of my greatest passions, whether it’s preparing a classic Beef Bourguignon, a Pot-au-feu, a Beef Tartare, or exploring Indian cuisine with Chicken Tikka and Cheese Naan. 🧑‍🍳
