About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Audio Localization Project Manager to join our team.
Working closely with our European project management team, you’ll be responsible for the complete handling of audio in video game projects — from casting and booking the recordings to delivery and QA.

If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about audio and client collaboration, this role is a great fit.


Main tasks

  • Full management of audio localization projects

  • Work in close collaboration with clients and providers

  • Casting and booking of voice actors

  • Coordination and supervision of recording sessions
  • Audio editing tasks: derushing, cleanup, script preparation, conversion, metering

  • Quality control of all audio deliverables

  • Progress tracking and management of project queries

  • Adaptation to changes and unexpected events during production

  • Contribution to post-mortem and quality analysis

  • Support on text localization tasks (memoQ or other CAT tools), if needed


Your skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in voice post-production

  • You enjoy client relations and communicate with ease

  • Methodical, rigorous, and well-organized

  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written

  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset

  • Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to make proposals

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and good analytical thinking

  • Open to learning new processes and capable of adapting to varied projects, requirements, and situations
